Computer tech Emre went the extra distance to help me with a problem in installing the 2021 Microsoft Office software that I had just purchased. I am grateful for his perseverance in finding issues in my PC that were preventing installation and arriving at a solution.
I liked the availability of books and the low prices. My one suggestion is to consider shipping books in sturdy boxes with padding, rather than easily bent and twisted envelopes. The books looked like they had all been in good condition when first shipped out, but subsequently took a beating from shippers and handlers enroute to my address. I personally wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a sturdy shipping box with, say, bubble wrap around the books, which would ensure better protection of the books from rough handling.
