Absolute worst experience
Absolute worst experience. The outsource everything to the Philippines, these wonderful people are out here tired as can be on the phones at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, I was waiting on hold with the so-called doctor for over an hour, even though they have this silly statement that says we're all human beings so sometimes doctors can be late too, however they were willing to charge me $50 if I was late! I rescheduled it actually they rescheduled it without my permission for the following day and still did not show! Then their systems were down so they couldn't give me my refund back, and there were literally no managers or leaders to speak to at all. Just hopeless overworked Filipinos of course they're the nicest people in the world but with no guidance. The worst absolute worst company to do business with
