Very poor customer service

WYM are impossible to get a hold of as nobody answers the phone or email. I very nearly lost my property as a result of delays caused by WYM and their poor responsiveness where they often took weeks to get anything done. Things only got back on track when my case was outsourced to Margaret Dundas - she was brilliant and very helpful throughout - and the only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because of her!
