The international shipment was sent with untrackable option, so following departure from US there was no way to track it. 5 weeks later, the parcel is no where to be found and the CS would not refund or reship until the 2-6 weeks USPS transit period is over. Very disappointing experience!

We understand your frustration with the lack of tracking information. It is common for international shipments to stop moving for several days or weeks once they reach the customs warehouse, which is why we advertise the ETA as 2-6 weeks to arrive. The package is not allowed to leave there until cleared and it is common to not see updates during that time frame. If the package has not been delivered by 11/5 we would be more than happy to issue a refund for the order.
