Fantastic customer service

We had a technical issue with an installation late on a Friday. This location has very poor phone reception and the call kept dropping.

I would like to say John Jackson who dealt with our call was excellent. He continually called back even thought the call kept dropping. Due to the signal issues the firmware updates took longer than normal to implement.

Due to the call issues and the update issues, he was still on the call after his office was due to close. To his credit he paused the call to move his car as the carpark was closing and called back well after closing time.

I would like to highlight this service as excellent. No other company we have dealt with would do this especially on a Friday night.

I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for this excellent service.
