I used to like Zalando, but my most recent experience was horrible. They claimed an item was damaged that was not, then insisted on returning me the item expecting me of course that I pay for the item yet sending an email commenting on how it's bad for the environment for it to be returned. They are just trying to make more money but not accepting returned items but still wanting me to pay for it.

I will never order there again.
