Broken Dyson not being repaired
My dyson airwrap began to stop functioning on the 16 Oct , it took me 2 days to convince them to pick it up and fix it ( as it is still under warranty). They received it last week Tuesday ( 22 Oct), and informed me on the 23 Oct that it had to be replaced due to a factory malfunction, I spoke directly to a lady and confirmed the model to swap mine with, that same day. I Re-contacted them the following days ( 25 Oct & 26 Oct) and they sent me a message saying I would receive my new model within 10 working days. I was happy. Why is it that I re-contacted them today, regarding the fact that I had received a confirmation whatsapp but no email. There response was " The device cannot be fixed. We can offer you a new colour.", HUH! I had already confirmed, and here I lay now sick because it is winter and I can't dry my hair.
