This is one of the friendliest and most helpful companies I have dealt with. After a hiccup with my first order where a slight wrong address was put on the package and a DHL driver chucked my order over a neighbours gate whilst they were on holiday and I wasn't able to retrieve it, the people in the customer care centre were really helpful trying to help me sort out a replacement. Yasmin in particular went above and beyond to try and sort things out for me, keeping in contact and updating me at every stage to make sure the coaguchek machine I ordered arrived before my hospital appointment, which it did.
