Shameful behavior on return
Purchased a costume for my daughter. She wears a size 10 so I purchase a large 12-14 to ensure it would fit. The costume was far too small so I immediately returned to the store 45 minutes later. ( had to go home to try it on of course). Store would not exchange as it is one day past their return cutoff. I allowed her to choose another costume in an even larger size.reason for my review is that I had to have a conversation with my 9 year old daughter who is questioning her size after our visit to this horrible company. Their greed led her to question her body image at 9 years old. Thankfully she was extremely happy to find a “comfortable panda costume that would actually fit her”. I am so disappointed in the policies at this company. It is truly shameful that their greed has overruled any common sense or sympathy.
