A scam!
On August 19, 2024, I used their services to convert a PDF document into Word for the price of €1.95. This amount was debited from me on August 20. Since then, I have been charged approximately €49 each month, even though I never subscribed to a monthly subscription!!!I don't remember being informed that €49 would be debited from my account every month!!! This is the third month that I have been charged without my permission. This is a real scam. Very dishonest. I want to be refunded and, above all, stop this "suscription"! Stay away from this site!!!!
