Disappointing Service After Years of Loyalty...
I am a loyal Zalando customer for many years without any issues. However, recently I ordered an item online, and it never got delivered. It seems they lost it. I’ve asked for a refund, but despite their promises, nothing has happened yet. The customer service has been rude and unhelpful, dragging out the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service. If they do, I’d be happy to update my review.
