The technician
The technician, Kristopher, was amazing!
The only reason why I don’t want to give 5 stars is because I called customer service for some more detailed info and after a few times trying I finally got someone on the phone. I also tried the texting option and no one ever answered. When Kristopher was on his way the online GPS location was wrong even thought the address was correct, but Kristopher was understanding and rerouted immediately. Technician really made the experience amazing.
