THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING AGAINST CONSUMER REGULATIONS. I tried two pairs. Both great on first use then failed from the second. Company have been entirely unhelpful and won’t allow a return unless they’re unworn - how can you test them without wearing? And even if you do return, they’ll only give you store credit. So the 30 day guarantee they say they have is absolutely impossible to evoke. I am currently taking legal advise on this. The product is not fit for purpose or as advertised and so consumer rights state that I am entitled to a refund or other appropriate resolution which they are not providing. According to their “policy” I can’t even get store credit on a return to buy more of their useless products. This is categorically not legally sound.

Good delivery service and some good food. The mains so far are all lovely (had about 6 of them) but I’m not keen on some of the rest of the items. The breakfast pancakes and frittata are great. But the oat pots are horrible. The snacks are also really weird. The quinoa guilt-free brownie has no business calling itself a brownie. There’s no flavour to it whatsoever. Will keep ordering just for the mains as they do make life easier and are super tasty. Would love to see more variety at some point though.

Superb. Would definitely use again in a heartbeat. Mark and Jon were lovely and very professional. I felt safe with them in my home as a lone female. They did an excellent job with no messing about. The service all round has been great from measure/consultation with Linda to confirming and booking with the office ans then fitting. I’m so pleased with my carpet.
