Upfront pricing, quick turn around, quality product.

I was pleasantly surprised with my interactions with member deals. We booked a short getaway thru GovX that led us to the MemberDeals website to complete. We were well aware from all displayed rules and notices on the website about the impending resort fees that would be charged at time of check in as well as that we were booking a non-refundable trip.
However, 4 days before we were scheduled to leave my husband came down with pneumonia and absolutely could not travel. He could not sleep or even walk more than 5 minutes.
I called member deals support team as soon as we realized we would not be able to travel and explained the situation. Their support team went above and beyond. We ended up being approved for refunds for all of our trip- hotel, show tickets, etc.
I honestly did not expect much I. Way of refund, if any. But thought it’s better to try and even if it was a small or partial refund we wouldn’t be out all the money.
The team was communicative, sending updates every few days and handles the matter beyond expectations.
