Mine was not a typical request - porting a US number to Goldfish in Ireland. It required a lot of interaction with Sales and Support, and there was some time pressure as the original carrier, Skype, was shutting down in May 2025. But, because Goldfish was so responsive, especially Greg in Sales and Leroy in Technical support, it went through fine and is working well. Thanks again, highly recommend.

Everything was delivered on schedule. On installation day, the installers arrived early and were finished in 1.5 hours. Impressive, including tidying up after themselves.

I will say, I nearly gave this a 4, because although I understand the new design (picture frame base) allows for a really quick install, it's much harder on the customer because we need the mason to work twice. My shed was ordered in July and just arrived in October, it's going to be a challenge for the mason to get the work done, we're 'status orange' today and rainy the next few days, plus with curing time it's probably weeks, maybe a month before I can use the shed, when I really need it, in Fall/Winter. I think Steeltech should seriously consider pulling in the schedule somehow - maybe produce sheds faster.
