General feeling is a little disappointing, .Placed an order on 18 th Sept and after chasing twice it finally arrived on 14 th October. So the 7. - 10 days on the order form was way off.
The slate is good quality and the engraving good but the finish of the painting especially round the border has blotches as though the paint was too thin or has been rubbed off on the packaging. Luckily I have some gold paint and fine brush so I was able to rectify the problem but I think the quality control needs to be better, it shouldn't have left the factoryinw this.

Yes were so sorry you had to wait a little longer than normal, a little out of our control but were back on track now. I can see we kept you in regular updates on progress but we have had no information from yourself regarding the quality issue you say you have encountered. It would be nice to see some photos if you have experienced an issue with the sign, its very very unusual for a sign to leave us without passing our quality procedures. Perhaps you can still email us some photos so we can advise, even replace the sign if needbe, as we have had no contact from yourself regarding this.
