Had a great experience. At first I booked and had wrong address. I canceled without any issue. Was very worried as my card was already processing. One minute later got notified of credit going on card. This was all on line by the way. Than called and talked to representative and he helped me book my booking correctly Great experience and I will always recommend this company. From all the checking I did on internet this was the best way to travel without using a bus from Anchorage airport to Seward cruise ship port or hotels.
