I purchased a medical grade chromotherapy light and it didn't ship for a couple months then when it did ship it was non-useable the glass for the light did not fit in the frame.
I sent pictures and showed it did not fit.
I called and no response for another month.
I got an email 3 plus months later I responded and gave them my phone number and it is February 2025 still no response?
I recommend reading the reviews. They never responded

I never received my order?
I have called and emailed over and over and zero response, other than for a automatic email that says Label created, If you can't fill the order refund the money. I have waited because I wanted the item I ordered.
