Green but not slick

Good to see a business offering sustainable solutions. Sadly, however, there were significant delays in delivery (which required chasing twice), then to find half the order was missing. Refund requested by email, which then had to be chased via phone. Eventually refund provided. Pleasant enough over the phone, but general logistics and approach to customer service need polishing.
