Scamming people and refuses to refund

The app is hard to use and poorly done. The customer services repeats the same automated messages through email only blaming not being able to cancel on “getting it through their website” and when you can finally get it cancelled, somehow everyone continues to get charged! Refund the money Effecto! You know exactly what you are doing and preying on the individuals you say you’re trying to help is wrong.
