Simone Bowman was very thorough with details in the pre-hearing call, and during the hearing she flagged up matters which were vital (which I would not have been sharp-minded enough to see myself). I was grateful for her attentiveness, which saved the day in many ways, plus her ability to adapt during the hearing to each new situation with skill and support. Thank you so much.

I’m not sure how I was connected to this app, but suddenly TheLiven started withdrawing £74.99 a month from my PayPal account. I’m devastated and have asked them for a refund. Hopefully they will, but I will notify the bank about them anyway
Update: I did eventually get a full refund for the months I was asking for. It took time and energy however. Please be careful around products like this.
