None of the photos came cut — something that wasn’t made clear at all during the ordering process. I expected finished prints, not sheets I would need to cut apart myself.

On top of that, the paper and print quality were far below what I anticipated. The prints looked dull, and the paper felt cheap — definitely not professional standard.

Ms Niema Latif has been very helpful and efficient, trying to make the whole renewal process smooth and stress-free. In my interactions with her, it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients, which is a great asset!
