Staff person listened well, and was patient, he explained to me how to go on to my second account, and what was needed as the bank had not yet merged my two accounts .

Review of Nucleus Financial
Very difficult to find any way to invest the funds which have been held in cash without reinvestment.
As lm away from home cannot do this except online which is not allowed by Nucleus.
Other finance companies allow this.
Therefore l give only 1 out of 5.

Unfortunately if your financial adviser doesn't have access to our Platform for trades to be placed directly, we do need your request in writing and then confirmed verbally to ensure the request can be verified before action is taken.
