Communications were quick

Communications were quick, precise and timely . Rarely, if ever, were phone calls unanswered and questions unanswered.
Our Equity agreement was thorough, adhered to , and closed out in a mutually acceptable manor! Would I recommend? Absolutely!

I have order items from your company…

I have order items from your company for years . Granted, small amounts, nevertheless, fairly often.
When the calendars arrived( I was initially not going to get them) , I was surprised! I ordered 50 @ 99 cents each- great price, right?!
The invoice was twice what i expected because of the multiple “add ons”. Bait &switch? Likely not, and it’s not the $$ … it’s just that 99 cents each became $2.00 .
I am disappointed in myself for not paying attention and with you ! Bob
