Lovely happy, polite lady on switchboard. Engineer great. Drains badly blocked. Was here nearly two hours regardless of delaying other jobs. Same engineer had to return next day as not quite dislodged drains. Working perfectly now. Appreciated same guy as he knew what issue was. Thank you. Top service
