Fantastic customer service

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Steven was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the whole process so smooth. He quickly updated my order to the diffuser I wanted, handled the refund straight away, and kept me fully informed throughout. Excellent customer service and great products – I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

They requested documents that are not legally required for opening an account and went far beyond the standard documentation.
The customer support was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful and accusatory.
I will be filing a formal complaint regarding the unjustified closure of my account and will seek compensation for the inconvenience and damages caused.

Building Manager is Great and Professional

We recently moved to Coombe Hill House in SW20. The building management is handled by this company, and we are extremely satisfied with their services.
Our building manager, Arslan, is present in the building every day and addresses all issues with great patience and attention to detail. We are incredibly pleased with his support.
He responds to emails promptly, and every issue we have had has been resolved as quickly as possible.

Rude Staff

I took my parcel to your representative office in Coombe Hill, which is located inside a supermarket. I asked them for some tape to seal my parcel, but a middle-aged man, who seemed to be the owner, responded in a very rude and inappropriate manner. He said, “Do you know how much tape costs?” and told me that my packaging was not their concern and that I had to buy my own tape separately. He then forced me to pay £5 for a roll of tape.

His behavior was extremely impolite and harsh, which made me very upset. It was such a negative experience that it left me with a very bitter impression of using Yodel services.

My spouse and I contacted this company to rent a property, and the process was handled swiftly and professionally.

During the property viewing, we were accompanied by one of the company’s agents, Joseph. He patiently and kindly explained all the necessary details and answered all our questions with great dedication.

Even on weekends, Joseph responded to our messages. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism and commitment.

Awful service

I had a very disappointing experience with this service, and I truly feel sorry for its management. After completing the identity verification, I was granted £450 in credit. I decided to purchase a gift for my spouse from Sephora for Valentine’s Day, trusting this company. However, at the last moment, despite having £450 in my account, my £80 purchase was declined without any clear explanation. It is unclear why my transaction was rejected on Valentine’s night when I had sufficient credit, causing unnecessary frustration. This was truly a terrible experience.

Their service has been very poor after…

Their service has been very poor after the contract was signed. They handed over the property, but there were issues. The dishwasher has been not working for two months, and despite sending several follow-up emails, I haven’t received any response. The electric towel wrack was faulty from the start, and they haven’t addressed this either.

I will never work with this company again. So far, I’ve had a bad experience, and I am very unhappy and dissatisfied.
