Desperate client

This guy is a total fraud. He initially said that the motor control board was faulty- paid for the so called repair and the postage, only to find out that the board was not faulty after all and it was the motor. Now I have got the motor replaced from another repairer and it works fine. The new repairer has had a look at the board and have said categorically that there was no fault with it and that there was no evidence of it being repaired, which is true as I could not see any difference between the before and after photographs that I had taken. There has been no response to the emails and the phone calls made since then- almost barked at the one call that he answered and hung up immediately. No chance of recovering the 60 quid paid for his repair servce. A total fraud. Please stay away from this guy.

Absolute charlatan. Incompetent, incoherent and extremely rude. Wrecked my treadmill in the name of fixing the fault. When I asked questions about why he was not repairing the fault that he claimed to have found, immediately turned rude, hangs up the phone, has taken the money, but no answers. The treadmill is now worse thane before. He has wrecked the motor which was working fine before, and now he is not contactable. I now have to decide between taking it to another repairer or dump it in the rubbish centre. This guy is bargepole territory.

Dear wymlegal, you advised writing to the case handler with the case number. The fact that I have already written 13 emails to the case handler WITH the case number seems to have been lost on you. Anyway, I have written two further email and left a few more messages on the only telephone number available to me. The solicitor on the other side hasnt been able to contact you for the last 3 weeks. Please could you very kindly do the needful urgently and prevent this transaction from falling through? Hello to anyone who cares to read this at this firm, please can you respond to the multiple emails and messages that I have sent to you on your web portal and the messages that I have left on your answermachine over the last 10 days. I have had absolutely no response whatsoever. I have a very important question about the contract and would like to get it clarified before signing it. Thank you!
