We were looking for a second hand electric car. Ben was friendly, easy going and made us feel like we are not just about a potential 'sale'. He knew his stuff and gave an evaluation for a trade in deal. We test drove the new car and liked it so brought it. All in all it seemed a seamless way to replace a beloved old car with a newer model, and no stress involved. Thanks Baylis and thank you Ben!
