While checking for accuracy of citations and sources it completely fumbled with Statistics finding numbers that don’t appear in the sources, when I fact checked stat was none existence. And its AI detector is also just as unreliable as GPTzero, what a disappointment.

I am enrolled in the Cybersecurity Bachelors Program and what they don’t show you on there website that you have to take an interdisciplinary course that has nothing to do with your major. They say it’s a requirement but seeing that there are only two courses to choose from, worst options I have ever seen, and what’s worse the points are unevenly distributed and the final projects are worth half of the courses grade. Basically the course is rigged against you. I signed up for cybersecurity not a business major.

Great and affordable plan for identity protection and removing data from data brokers. Though I just have one problem, the Antivirus (including VPN performance is still throttled) is still crap and still missing scam detector and firewall feature.

Tried it, used some course materials to build a visual and auditory content so I can understand what I am working with but then it begins to bring up topics that are completely non-existent to the course I am in. Not worth using.

Gotta give xai where credit is due, Grok 4 is 10 times more accurate than Grok 3, this time having better access to live data. Still hallucinates and loops in responses from time to time, but seeing now that it has memory, work spaces, built in code editor, and voice mode, and AI companion mode it’s crazy.

LLM models on the planet. I’m very dissapointed that GPT 5 under performed in most of my tasks.

Perplexity though slight more accurate than You.com, and AbacusAI, there are occasions that it frequently hallucinates and brings up citations that don’t answer my question. I have to fact check more than get an accurate answer. They did give me a free month and also access to their new Comet Browser, but after the month I understood this was only good for being a search engine rather than an actual LLM.

Not a bad place to get games at a discount, didn’t have many problems with this seller. All good.

Great features and options, the huge problem with it, accuracy and web search are completely non-existent constantly hallucinating, sources or web pages are non existent even when I am very specific with my prompts. It’s great for automation, terrible at fact checking.

I've been using You.com since I heard about it in 2020, when it took its first step. Using ChatGPT3.5 API as a foundation wasn't perfect. Still, as the years progressed, the organization began to improve it with tons of new features and then started including other AI Models in its foundation, giving users various options.

However, there have been a few miss haps here ranging to bugs, files not uploading correctly, or just adding way too many features (valuable features but also changing a lot of things, which made it complicated to find what I needed to look for, like in the settings and clear search history). There was also a problem with their "Cloudflare Security Incident" that blocked me from accessing the web for almost 5 days (Mostly 4 days and a half and I had to painstakingly contact support and give my Cloudflare Ray ID and IP address to address the issue, all while on my You.com Education Plan, all while they were on holiday as my courses opened up). I have used it for many things, such as making planners, researching and coding projects, and cybersecurity projects involving firewall and network configurations within Windows and Linux operating systems.

I haven't had any trouble with the output and response to my prompts. Don't get me wrong, this is an excellent product and gives me more value than what OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI Solutions or competitors have. But "Bugs fixes, updates, and patches first. New Features later." That's all I am asking for because every time a new feature is introduced for the web version for either MacOS or Windows, it always breaks some features or settings. Or better yet, make a MacOS or Windows Native Application to give many customers a backup/alternative in case the web version goes down or breaks.

Advanced Search and Reasoning feature has been”shoty” as of recently, tried to fact check its response when I asked to use exact phrases from the source's and started noticing frequent hallucinations and facts or other statements that don’t come from the sources it pulls from. Needs an urgent fix.

I haven’t had trouble with the service and been getting some good deals on bundles and keys.
