Have to say I'm a bit disappointed ,- Updated reviewwith…

Have to say I'm a bit disappointed with P2U this time. I have sent them 3 urgent emails today with the GPs attached text to change dosage of my tablets. They have not replied to any and have still sent out the lower dosage. Disappointed as I can't leave my home the reason for choosing Pharmacy 2 U.

Edit:- Apologies to Pharmacy 2 U. This wasn't there fault. There was a mix up with my surgery. I believe my GP has now sent another prescription for the correct dose.
A lovely gentleman called me this morning with the explanation. Thank you and sorry once again for the mix up.

Beautiful case

Beautiful case for my kindle. This is not my first from this company. My late husband brought me many. The personalization makes it wonderful for me. Dedicated to my beautiful black cat Salem who is my rock.
Fits my kindle colour soft perfectly. Beautiful craftsmanship, with the name of the person who crafted it. Thank you, Kim 😊😺

Terrible company

Terrible company. Took over my previous pension provider. Received my pension this morning. Should be £326.61 but for some reason was only paid £251.61. contacted customer services who really couldn't care at all. And was told someone would call my next Tuesday, it's now Friday. Then the person who I spoke with informed me going forward I would only receive £311 pounds per month. Why ? Rothsay paid me the correct amount of £326 last month so why is the payment going down?
Despite repeated emails to them today, they don't answer.
I am a widow and am to sick to work and receive benefits. I need every penny as I only just have enough to pay my bills now. So my landlords bill is due next week and I won't have enough money to pay him so will go into an a unarranged overdraft. They can pay an emergency payment but choose to not answer. This has caused me so much stress as my mum has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I'm in a real state now.
Despite what Rothsay say my tax code has not changed and I have not been informed my HMRC that this has happened. Terrible, awful company. I have had this pension since my husband passed 3 years ago and I have never ever been taxed. I would give them no stars. Customer service on the phone is terrible, they are not interested. Never, ever had this problem with THALES. How can I pay tax when I haven't worked for the last 20 years and have no taxable income. Disgusting awful company.

Thank you for your feedback. So that we can look into this for you, please email the team at customerengagement@rothesay.com quoting your policy number.

Before we do so, I would make clear that Rothesay is unable to make changes to peoples' pension payments so the most likely reason for your payment reducing is that HMRC adjusted your tax code, requiring you to pay a little more tax. We will know for sure once you contact us.

In regards to not receiving a response to the emails you sent on Friday, we aim to respond to email within 5 business days (although we often do so far more quickly). However, we receive large volumes of correspondence every day and it is not always possible to reply the day an email is received.

As above, please email the team so we can locate your record, and we will respond to you in due course.

UPDATE: As explained in my email this afternoon, whilst I note you stated you do not pay tax, this is not the case. We received a change of tax code for you from HMRC in August and this new tax code is what resulted in your payment being taxed, and your payment being lower than expected.

Please be assured that this is not an error on Rothesay's part - we are legally required to apply any tax code provided to us by HMRC - and I would suggest your dissatisfaction with us is misplaced.

If you think HMRC have made a mistake, you will need to contact them directly to discuss the matter further. My email also included details of a free service, Tax Help, who can provide you with independent tax advice and guidance should you wish to contact them.

I have just received my paw prints…

I have just received my paw prints ring. As with all clogau ( and I have many pieces) , this meets all expectations for quality and perfection. My little cat is my world, he is even more special to me since my husband passed away, so this ring just shows my love for him and the fact that he is my rock. Thank you so much again clogau for bringing me such joy as beautiful jewellery like this is so very meaningful .

This is my second delivery with…

This is my second delivery with Pharmacy 2U Absolutely no problems, my order all received and well packaged. Reminders sent promptly, prescription despatched within a day. Brilliant service as I can't get to the pharmacy myself. This is my second review. I guess I'm quite lucky as my GP usually approves prescription same day. Thank you once again for your wonderful first class service. Also the website is very easy to use and navigate.

Just had my first prescription delivery. Fantastic quick service, I was emailed at each stage of the delivery. Box was well sealed and if I had a query about anything the staff were always very helpful. Brilliant for me as I'm disabled and finding it hard to get around. Would highly recommend.

Just discovered this company via Amazon. I love rose gold and have brought 3 or 4 pieces now. Honestly can't tell the difference between fine jewelry. Beautiful rose gold tone and the stones sparkle like real diamonds. The price is phenomenal as well. Everything comes beautiful packaged with a certificate of authenticity. Package not sealed well

The package was undone at the bottom and medication could have been taken out. In my opinion the box should have been sealed with parcel tape. The medication should have been rapped in Bubble wrap to stop it rattling about. In future I shall collect my prescription from my local pharmacy.

Received Ok, but box open

Received my first prescription from Well today. Everything was there. One complaint the box was battered and open when it arrived. So don't think I will use again. It's a shame as I'm disabled and don't drive, so getting prescriptions can be problematic. As it was someone could have reached in and removed some of the items. Some for depression, some for pain.

Beautiful rose gold cross pendant

I ordered a rose gold plate cross pendant for my faith. It arrived next day. It is absolutely beautiful. The colour of the rose gold is perfect. I had a small query with customer service and they answered immediately, so rare now. The packaging was lovely, ideal for gifting. I have tried many other rose gold plate cross pendants, and none have been as stunning as this one, it really made my day when I received it
I will be ordering more from this company, also such good value for money.

Really carring people

This is my 3rd cat from cats protection. The cat I adopted was from your Reading branch (Knoll Hill Cattery, Maidenhead). Wonderful, helpful people. They arranged transport to take me to visit the cat. And then when I adopted him brought him to me as I don't drive and don't have transport. Thank you. Sid is the most wonderful, beautiful black cat, who has brought me so much joy. He wants to be with me all the time. I treasure him. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who helped me through the process.

I have tried repeatedly to order and my…

I have tried repeatedly to order and my card won't go through. Contacted customer service who was no help at all. My bank has told me it is Purina's fault as they are not putting in requested security details. They simply won't except this. All I want to do is order my beloved cats favourite food. But they won't help at all. All they say is phone customer service which I have done twice and they are no help at all. Or use another card which I don't have. Card works perfectly well on all other websites, how hard can it be?
Can't give you order number as you have cancelled. I have sent you an email on my account. Cancelled order number is 606768443, 606640750, 602923340.
This is word for word what my bank said this morning:
The above transaction is declined because a 3D secure step-up authentication is required under PSD2 regulations to approve this transaction. I request you to contact the retailer to ensure this data is provided to obtain transaction approvals. They have also stated they have checked my card twice and there is no problem with it.

Customer service is rubbish. Just keep saying something wrong with my card when the bank has told me it's the retailer. Keep saying use another card, when I have told them repeatedly I don't have another card. They obviously don't understand the meaning of don't have another card. I suggest you re- train your customer services representative to know what I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER CARD means . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
