Was after a new e-bike and considering a Vado but look and particularly the weight were important. I also have the complication of riding with one arm so the build is not your average road bike.
Having chatted with the team from Saltash at the Dartmoor Classic I decided to pay them a visit.
Doug was initially super helpful, took time to understand what I needed and discussed the options to convert a Creo to flat bar. The follow up with Carl was excellent, he was familiar with the required brake splitter that I needed and agreed that the modifications were all possible.
The resulting bike has exceeded my expectations in every way. The fit, comfort, usability, speed, gearing, looks and most important the all up weight is under 15kg.
Throughout the whole process the team could not have been more helpful.

Simply outstanding from my first enquiry, to the survey, the installation and then commissioning. I’ll freely admit that I was let down by one of the large utility companies in that their lead time was unacceptably long, BOXT on the other hand had the whole system planned, installed and running all within a month.
Our installation was carried out Lee, who successfully removed the old gas boiler and heat store but only after he had completed preliminary pipe work for the new system. With such a major project I was impressed that we were only without hot water for 24 hrs.
Once the new air source heat pump was installed the electricians completed the necessary work to reconfigure the power supply and connect up the kit. In the meantime Lee swapped out the radiators that were earmarked for upgrading, before firing the system up for the first time. He explained the basics and left everything running.
At this point Andy made contact, he had been responsible for the planning of the project and he was mega helpful in checking settings and making sure that everything was working as expected.
Honestly I can’t praise the whole team enough, it has been a straightforward and pretty painless process that has given a major upgrade to our heating and fully removed our reliance on gas. Well done BOXT 👏

Quick response to my question about my solar kit. Remotely accessed my system and confirmed the issue. The result being that it needed a firmware update, which will be done over the next 24 hrs.
All very polite and helpful and also reassuring to know that I should contact them again if the problem recurs.

Further to my new solar installation in November I have had a couple of occasions where I have needed to contact the Boxt Solar team for advice. Each time they have quickly responded to my questions and explained what was happening or needed.
I am certainly very happy with the support that I have received and reassured that the team are willing to help. Thank you Boxt.

New to solar but the Sunsynk equipment and app do integrate nicely and allow me to monitor my setup. I would agree with other comments that the app is a bit slow at refreshing and typically shows history and not truly live information. That’s why I have awarded 4* (with a live feed it would be 5)
I’ve even had cause to contact app support directly and the response was very quick and efficient.

From my very first enquiry the whole journey to getting my new car was a breeze. Phil was outstanding in arranging a test drive and supplying me with all the necessary information regarding the vehicle and finance. He successfully tracked down one of just two vehicles that were part of an upcoming build run.
The handover was great, explaining enough for my needs and offering to touch base in a couple of weeks to discuss how I was getting on.
Can’t emphasise enough how Phil made the whole process so easy.

We struggled to get anyone to agree to remove mums stairlift, two even wanted to charge us for the privilege.
We buy any stairlift were great, yes you’re not going to get a fortune back but the communication was great and an appointment arranged for the removal.
It was done quickly and efficiently, without any problems and a nice tidy job.
