At Kent Traffic Law I personally deal with enquiries and give an initial view over the phone (whether positive or negative). Then I personally meet the client face to face to prepare for court (as we did in your case). Then I personally attend at court (I don't send agents; if I am already booked for court and cannot personally represent you I don't take the case). I present cases to the best of my ability although the outcome can depend on a range of factors only some of which we can control. Fortunately, in your case, you were not banned.
