Customer service team good but could be better

Customer service team might be a *little* hit/miss, but when it hits the team is great. So just try again if you get a bad answer. Some of the parts have multiple parts that aren't properly documented by the 3rd party manufacturer so small parts might be difficult to source/replace if something breaks.
