Good customer service. I was able to know about the benefits and they were very prompt with all the questions regd the tickets. Jin in particular was very helpful

The customer support team was very helpful, serving as a liaison between me and the design team. One issue was most of the changes that I had told the design team directly through the website were misunderstood. The team however was very understanding and did not charge me for the changes for these misunderstandings. Overall a pretty great experience!
