I would never recommend someone shop through Samsung, the customer support for returning is absolute garbage. I've always had a long wait to get in contact with someone, and everyone you talk to sounds like they're a robot. There's no genuine help, and I have to wait days before I get an email response, and then they just stopped responding. They played this game so long that the return window for returning the item I bought is now closed. Terrible site, and terrible service. Go to best buy or Amazon instead.
