I'm sorry we haven't earned a better review from you.
The UK government have set strict rules around how you can access your money, which we have to follow. This means we’re not allowed to pay out the money in your pot until you reach age 55 (rising to age 57 in 2028), except in rare situations. I know that can be frustrating.
