Worse company

This company is pathetic with poor customer service. It's impossible to get a call—no one reaches out via phone, text, or email. You have to constantly check the platform yourself to see if there are any updates. They ask for repetitive documents, and it feels like you're doing their job for them.

I wanted to reach out about something…

I wanted to reach out about something that’s been bothering me. I’ve noticed that some people were allowed to retake the test after failing, but I wasn’t given the same chance. It feels a bit unfair, and I can’t help but wonder why some get the opportunity while others don’t.

I just want to understand how those decisions are made because, from my side, it doesn’t seem very consistent. I’d really appreciate some clarity on this.
