Service perfect

Custom fees = CHF 35 for a bracelet cost of CHF 76. Minimum politeness and respect to anounce to customer because delivery country is well knowb. It is a shame

We want to provide our customers with the best possible information.
That is why we state on our website which countries are subject to duty charges and the percentage of those charges that must be paid. Switzerland is not part of the EU, so you will have to pay duty charges when importing an EU purchase.

Very good communication and very good manufacturing. Delivery date conform to expectations.

Very good communication. Reactivity at a high level. Need procure 3D STEP files and PDF which are well managed by the supplier. Many pictures were provided to show the samples. Execution and detailed manufacturing. If all supplier (in Europ) will as fast, as professional, as Shenzen, we will reach the top. Thank you to all the team for the very good job.
