This company are awesome… BUT… they need to change their courier… For the third time from ordering off Pure Sims, UPS have been unable to find our address - which really isn’t that difficult. So I have to go pick up from where the UPS drive deems close to the address.

The pre and post sales service was excellent. I received a phone call from one of their very friendly and informative advisors the day before the package arrived informing me that it was on the way and if there was any questions to give them a call. Once the item was delivered I received another phone call ensuring the goods had arrived and everything was working as expected.

It took less than an hour to setup as I had to trim the plastic window panel as the window where we were installing the exhaust tube was quite narrow.

Works a treat for the loft bedroom where it will be doing most of its work!
