Ordered smartphone/order cancelled by the shop without any inormation
I ordered and paid for a smartphone, and both were confirmed by Gomibo via email.
Without any prior notice, the order was canceled by Gomibo.
After I finally reached someone in customer service, who told me the money would be transferred back within 5 working days, I also started receiving responses to my written inquiries.
After the money was actually refunded on the 5th working day, customer service continued to contact me to ask me to adjust my review.
Done with this.
Tried to order once, never again!
