Sent me damaged Item and packaged poorly
I ordered a purse in Versace online. I received it damaged. It was packed poorly! They tried to fit the bag in a very small box that's why it was damaged very bad. I just received it but will return it immediately. I talked to their live agent, nobody apologized and has very bad customer service!! They dont have a return and exchange policy so I have to place a new order! What a hassle. If this will be damaged again I will never order again.
