Contractor caused a mess that was promptly sorted out by Meadfleet

Gardening contractor left a mess on the the paths that had blown into our porch. Complained to Meadfleet late afternoon, and by 9.10 the following morning, I had a reply. By early afternoon Grace from Meadfleet had called to our estate and did an excellent job clearing up. I was told they would feed back to the contractor.
Thanks Meadfleet and especially Grace for your prompt attention.

Misled by person I spoke to

Purchased a washing machine through AO but forgot to order through the Nectar App. I phoned and was told the Nectar points could be added if I went to the Nectar Chat. The person I spoke to even asked the name of the company I had purchased through and the amount of the spend. After wasting nearly half an hour on chat and sending a copy of my receipt, I was told by Ballini I could not get the points through the chat. Very unhappy I was given incorrect information. Wanted to complain but not sure how to do so.
