No notice before coming through security of smoking area been closed permanently,, 5hours early for the flight to find out there's no longer a smoking area,, Never using this airport again 😔
Review of Premier Inn
A sad day, I've been for years very fond of a good premier inn ,, but I've noticed lately they have aloud there standards to drop,, ,, namely premier inn Chessington,, an absolute disgrace of a hotel,,, room is still OK to a decent standard(being generous) but what used to be beefeater is now just an unmanage school hall with what seems like schoolgirls giving orders to customer and I quote "you'll just have to sit down and we'll get to you whenever we can" only thisevening at 915pm when I ordered a refreshment at the bar the immature teen working behind the bar asked if I could take my drink to my room ,I asked is it because you all want to get out early? She said yea we're all closing up early sorry we're going for a splif,, all 3 ladies couldn't care less,not a great place to spend hard earned money and CERTAINLY NOT A DESTINATION FOR A FAMILY AND DEFINITELY AN ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN.. Reception had said to me "restaurant/bar is open until atleats 10pm" , floors hadn't been swept and just overall very very grub and dirty, *****AVOID AT ALL COSTS*****
