This is a scam, and I will not be receiving my parcel because it’s not leaving Russia. I placed an order (#6937) for about £100, and both of my orders (#116011 and #115983) were rejected by Russian customs and sent back to Ru Pills:

The last communication I had with them was 10 days ago, when they instructed me to wait; however, it’s clear that shipments are not leaving Russia due to ongoing political issues there. I'm unable to determine if they are genuine or if this is a scam, but so far, I have received neither a refund nor any parcels. I strongly advise against ordering anything from Russia!

Given the high costs associated with private surgery domestically and the difficulties in identifying reputable professionals, I focused my search on Turkey and Lithuania.

Ultimately, I selected the Nordbariatric Clinic in Lithuania, recognised for its esteemed medical professionals. The initial process was efficient; I submitted photographs of my hernia and was quickly introduced to Dr. Dauksa, a highly regarded surgeon with a strong reputation for his innovative techniques.

Upon my arrival in Lithuania, I received a warm welcome at the airport, and the level of service throughout my stay was exemplary. During my consultation with Dr. Dauksa, I communicated my dedication to heavy lifting as a bodybuilder. His reassuring response—"Okay, no problem"—instilled confidence in me regarding my treatment plan.

In stark contrast to my prior experiences with the NHS, I found the support and understanding I received at Nordbariatric Clinic to be exceptional. Following a thorough examination, I was prepared for surgery, and I awoke to the reassuring news that the procedure had been successful. Dr. Dauksa’s visit afterwards provided further confirmation that my surgery had gone according to plan.

While I experienced some discomfort initially, I was able to walk the following day, ready to focus on my recovery. After four days, during which all my questions were addressed, I felt confident in my readiness to return to the UK.

Now, three weeks post-surgery, I am pleased to report that I feel strong and motivated. I am gradually reintroducing cardio exercises into my routine, confident that I can fully resume my previous activities—this time without the burden of a hernia. I am genuinely grateful to the entire staff at Nordbariatric Clinic and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking high-quality and compassionate medical care, regardless of their country of origin.

Total scam. All true. After paying 1£, there is no option to cancel the auto bill than to report your card stolen

These are the best protein bars and cookies I've seen, but protein powder isn't for me. I use a different brand for the powder.

I give this event five stars! You truly deserve it. The lock-and-key format is much better than the previous ones, and I had a lot of fun. However, the prizes could be simpler. Overall, the event was very well organized. In my opinion, the old format should be forgotten as it feels too outdated.

The event isn’t terrible, but it feels very old-fashioned, and there is a significant gender imbalance among the attendees. There are about 14 boys and only 7 girls, and this ratio is typical. Out of the 7 girls, only a few seem interested in connecting, while others either support their friends or have negative feelings toward men. As a result, the few girls who are open to matches end up receiving all the attention, while the boys struggle to find anyone available. The matches often feel meaningless because the boys have limited options and are simply clicking on whoever is available in hopes of getting a response.

There are no engaging activities, so the boys end up running around the girls every four minutes, asking the same questions repeatedly. The experience could be greatly improved with a better gender balance and some ice-breaking activities to encourage interaction.
