The funny thing is:
They tried to verify if i was real customer ,
after i have written about and shared my negative experiences.
They asked trough Trustpilot to
contact them,
I was willing to do that!!
No response through email whatsoever.
So, this time i tried a different approach;
I contacted them through Telegram.
Well, guess what:
They just string me along and deffer with answers like:
Wait for an email with photo,
I have been waiting for almost a month now!!
My conclusion:
It is scam and i will never receive my package
Like i said before i should not have trusted a company in Russia!

I still have not received my product, I know that can be due to US shipping issues.

Placed an order and given a tracking number in August 2025 and I am still waiting for the package. Tracking number still has it in Russia. I feel like I was scammed and will never get the package. I know it is not the company that controls the mail but after 8 weeks you would think it would have made it out of Russia.

This is a scam, and I will not be receiving my parcel because it’s not leaving Russia. I placed an order (#6937) for about £100, and both of my orders (#116011 and #115983) were rejected by Russian customs and sent back to Ru Pills:

The last communication I had with them was 10 days ago, when they instructed me to wait; however, it’s clear that shipments are not leaving Russia due to ongoing political issues there. I'm unable to determine if they are genuine or if this is a scam, but so far, I have received neither a refund nor any parcels. I strongly advise against ordering anything from Russia!

Placed an order and received in 36 days, parcel arrived as expected. Customer service responded quickly and provided all the details I needed. Overall, a smooth experience, about one month payment to your door.

Took a while to get romania (like a month) but it arrived with no issues, so I can't complain; also orders with pills from russia usually not arrive here so it s good

My experience with Ru Pills was great! They were responsive and reliable during the shipping and delivery process, furthermore what made Ru Pills different from the rest of the online pharmacies I researched was the wide range of meds available, along with affordability, I would 100% recommend their service. I honestly didn't think it would work and that I would get my order but I did and they are legit. He really did exactly what he said he would. He sent me a photo of my order (I thought, "cool, doesn't mean it's his photo and that he'd actually will send it"), then tracking (I thought "alright let's see if there's really something to track") and indeed I could track the package. Not going to lie, it took a long time to get here but that was to be expected. I really wasn't convinced until the package was here, I opened it up and indeed, my legit order was in there including a sweet addition of a chocolate as a gift. It was perfectly packaged and it made it with no issues through the long transit. It may be a bit of a pain to buy at the moment given the state of things but it's worth it and you do get exactly what you order.
