We had high hopes on this mattress. We decided to buy the Simba Hybrid Pro. Convinced by the positive reviews and the very professional website. Order and delivery were flawless, without any trouble. We freed the mattress out of the plastic and let it grow for over 24h. The smell was quite strong, but it said in the instructions it will disappear after 48h. Unfortunately this wasn‘t the case. Even after a month it still smells very chemical, unhealthy. It sets on to the lungs and make you cough. On top I developped after a week of sleep on this mattress, skin irritations which I assume were caused by the chemical treatment of the mattress. Furthermore the mattress is too soft. It doesn‘t provide any support at all and you have to make an effort to roll from one side to another. I weigh a little bit less than 10 stones with a height of 6 feet. This shouldn‘t be a problem at all. On top the mattress is very bouncy. Meaning when my partner moves, I am disturbed in my sleep. In a nutshell: I never slept worse in my entire life and I got back pain, which disappeared after using a firmer mattress. I give 2 stars instead of 1, because of the returning policy and the helpful customer service. The mattress will be collected next week and I am glad when it is out of the house, the smell is really bad.

This is an amazing Duvet! We love it! Not too warm, nor too cold. It regulates perfectly the temperature under the blanket and we sleep so much better! Before we woke up several times a night because it was simply too hot and we were drenched in sweat. This is over. As I freeze very quickly, I was doubious if it would be warm enough. But it us. It warms up even quicker than my old down duvet. I can highly recommend this wonderful duvet!

Simply awful! I tried to open a bank account. Despite they are saying on their webpage the identification can be done digitally it wasn't possible. They sent me via post an application for which I needed to drive 40 minutes to the nearest Natwest branch to certify my passport. I sent off the application, the certified copy of the passport and a proof of residence and got the feedback that I need to bring the original document for the proof of residence to the next Natwest branch. They would take care of it and submit it to Ulster. Unfortunately nobody at Natwest knew what to do as the computer systems are different. They needed an address for which I asked for at Ulster. I spent today over an hour with an AI generated Help chat bot, which is annoying, with a real person on the telephone and then finally with a real person on a chat. I explained what happened and asked her for an address that we can proceed. Nothing! Apparently they gave me the wrong reference number but they were not able to tell me the correct one. The aimed solution of Ulster was that they would send me again the application form and that I would need again to travel to the next Natwest branch to do it. I asked for a simpler solution as everything is already there and we just need an address, nothing! No help, no support. I'm glad that this happened before I opened a bank account. It will save me time, energy and money in the future because I certainly will not open a bank account at Ulster anymore!

Fantastic!!! Very reliable removal company. Communication was very friendly and efficient. Gareth and Paul were incredible. They cleared a 100 sqm flat on the 3rd floor in less than 4 hours. Unbelievable! And they stated, that they are normally even faster. Fast delivery to Devon. They moved everything into the new house within 2 hours. The guys are incredible and very friendly.
