The installation process was smooth and worry free, Danlec took care of everything. The work took no longer than two hours and was left tidy and smart looking. Ordered the sand commuter backpack - delivery was quick but unfortunately I spotted a slight defect in the fabric seemed to have been caused by being creased for too long - contacted Spiral and offered to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund - Spiral responded promptly and advised they would simply send out a replacement - Again, speedy delivery, replacement product is just what I wanted and the quality is excellent. I am really impressed with the level of customer service this business offer - you don’t often see it these days. I would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
