My pump hub broke and it was under warranty. I got a new one in less than a week. I didn’t have to do anything extra from just showing my proof of purchase. Overall easy experience everyone was helpful we did everything via chat. I love this pump as I’m an exclusive pumping mom going 5 months strong.
