Item took a couple of weeks to be dispatched even thought I contacted IC twice to say I was going away. I kept getting the same generic email reply. It arrived whilst I was on holiday which wasn’t ideal. I feel At 1st glance billy looks great but it’s poorly make. I’ll fitting clothes, the shirt barely fastened round the neck, I had to remove and re sew his bow tie , I had to cut lumps of glue out his hair. I did expect better quality.
