Appalling customer support/service with dead unit on arrival
Bought a brand new Delta touch from the company via the web. For some reason it was shipped from China and other items on same order from EU. Arrived nearly a week apart. Screen arrived and bottom half would not work. I am technical as I work in IT promoting hardware. Took 24 hours for the Support team to respond to me and an estimate of about 1 x response a day so they must be extremely busy solving issues. Thanks J€ππY for delayed support. Awaiting a diagnosis after sending in videos of all USB-C and Hdmi ports plugged in.
